The objective: to preserve the nature of this historic home while providing the client with luxurious updates and finishes. 

In collaboration with Architect Charles Theobald and Bunnell Builders, this project included renovating 3-1/2 bathrooms, updating the family room, designing a new kitchen, creating an outdoor shower, and the updating the full wrap-around porch.

Molie and her team were thrilled to be part of renovating this truly iconic home.
